Survivor Tier List

Below is the full Survivor.io tier list, ranking every survivor from best to worst—or worst to best, depending on how you look at it. There’s no denying it: Joey is the best survivor in Survivor.io, followed by Metallia and Master Yang. Joey sits alone in S-Tier because he’s simply that much stronger, especially once synergy and combat harmony are unlocked.

survivor.io tier list

  • S: Joey
  • A: Metallia, Master Yang
  • B: King, Worm, Raphael, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello
  • C: Common, Yelena, Tsukuyomi, Wesson, Catnips, April, Splinter
  • D: SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Sandy

S-Tier

Joey is the best survivor in Survivor.io. He offers unmatched damage output, especially once synergy and combat harmony are unlocked. His skills make him ideal for taking out elites and bosses, and he scales incredibly well into late-game content.

A-Tier

Metallia is a powerful survivor that excels at dealing critical damage, especially with her green skill. She was considered the best before Joey’s release and still performs well in high-crit builds.

Master Yang is a reliable and well-rounded hero. He deals consistent crit damage and is incredibly strong early on. Once your global critical rate hits around 73%, Metallia can start to out-damage him.

B-Tier

King is a strong choice for early and mid-game progression. She delivers high critical damage through her Survivor Instinct skill and is considered the best of the standard survivors due to her crit scaling—essential for defeating bosses and dealing sustained damage.

Worm also deals strong critical damage but lacks King’s crit percentage. However, his Lone Hero passive boosts crit damage when fewer enemies are present, making him useful in boss fights.

Raphael, Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Donatello are support survivors (SP), meaning they shouldn’t be deployed directly but have some of the best awakening teamwork skills in the game. Unfortunately, they are no longer available in the current survivor pool.

C-Tier

Common is the original survivor and still useful for early chapters. His passive skills increase damage, range, and reduce cooldowns. His Garrison Shield teamwork skill boosts EXP gain and skill damage, making him situationally viable in Enders Echo.

Yelena has a unique skill with guns that shoot in all directions, useful for farming kill counts during events or grinding.

Tsukuyomi has passive skills that work well in idle/AFK setups and gear farming scenarios but lacks utility in high-level challenges.

Wesson specializes in ranged explosive damage, including grenades that deal AoE. He’s decent for kill farming and even better with his themed outfits like the dragon suit.

Catnips deploys a medical drone that creates a healing circle, plus a teamwork passive that increases drone damage when evolved—great support potential in certain builds.

April and Splinter, like the other TMNT survivors, are SP-only. However, they currently lack synergy or strong passive skills, making them less viable overall.

D-Tier

The SpongeBob SquarePants collaboration survivors—SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, and Sandy—don’t bring much to the table aside from their awakening synergy and universal 5-star passive bonuses. They are no longer obtainable and mostly serve as collector’s survivors, though they are fun to use for novelty and visuals.
